Mentors are the experienced hands behind every venture in the Sprint. You'll advise founders directly on the strategic and technical challenges of building a startup — from product and go-to-market to fundraising — helping them move faster and think sharper.
It's a light, flexible commitment, and one of the most direct ways to shape the next generation of AI-native founders.

Who we're looking for
We bring together a mix of mentor profiles so founders can find the right guidance at the right moment:
- Master Mentors — renowned AI founders, venture investors, C-level executives, or AI/ML thought leaders with 10+ years of experience.
- Domain Experts — entrepreneurs or senior product/technical leaders in AI-adjacent fields (e.g. NLP, computer vision, fintech) with 5–10 years of experience.
- Rising Mentors — early-stage founders, accelerator alumni, recent MBAs with startup experience, or consultants with 2–5 years of entrepreneurial experience.
Mentors self-tag by domain expertise, and we match you to ventures based on industry, stage, region, and the specific challenges a team is working through. We ask for a minimum of 1–2 hours per week — and if you'd like to give more, it's always welcome.
